Customer Experience Associate (Precious Metals Analyst)

We’re looking for a full‑time Customer Experience Associate (Precious Metals Analyst) to join our growing team at our Richmond Hill location (10355 Yonge St, Richmond Hill, ON L4C 3C1). This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing role where no two days are the same.

You’ll be the face of our business—guiding customers through the process of buying or selling gold, silver, and other valuables. Don’t worry if you’re current to the industry—we provide full training to give you the knowledge and confidence to succeed.

What You’ll Do
Deliver outstanding in‑person and phone‑based customer service
Evaluate jewelry and precious metals using our tools and training
Educate customers and provide transparent, accurate information
Maintain a clean, professional, and organized store environment
Support day‑to‑day operations and contribute to team success
