Key Responsibilities:
• Execute repairs following maintenance work orders
• Install doors, blinds, and other residential fixtures




• Post compliance notices per legal requirements
• Repair and clean units upon tenant turnover
• Maintain communication with management on project status
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required
• Proven experience in building maintenance roles
• Knowledgeable in hand and electrical tool use
• Preferred experience of 2 years in non-profit housing
• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance required
