Join Brightside ABA Services as a Clinical Therapist in Kitchener, Ontario. This full time contract focuses on advanced behavioral assessment and client-centered ABA strategies.
This role requires flexibility, including evening and weekend hours, while primarily serving clients across Waterloo Region. You will create and implement ABA interventions and provide essential training for families. Collaborate with an R.B.A. to deliver expert clinical services and improve outcomes for individuals with developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive behavior assessments
• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans
• Train caregivers and community agency staff
• Ensure effective communication throughout service delivery
• Drive within Waterloo Region for client visits
Requirements:
• Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or similar
• Minimum two years related clinical experience
• Familiarity with Autism Spectrum Disorders
• Emergency First Aid and CPR certification
• Clean driving record and dependable transportation
