Responsible for supervising the day to day operations to ensure timely, microbiologically safe, accurate and cost effective provision of meal service to the patients and clients. Qualifications College program required with a focus on Nutrition, Dietetics or Food & Nutrition Management preferred Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics or Applied Food Science is preferred Eligibility for membership in Canadian Society of Nutrition Management (CSNM)
