Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate resident moves and transitions as needed
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information
• Engage with families and respond to concerns

Requirements:
• Completion of Health Care Aide program
• Proven experience with seniors in health services
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Organizational and time management abilities
