Your objective is to ensure a consistent level of excellence in the preventive and corrective maintenance of our real estate assets. Under the supervision of the General Manager, you will coordinate activities, internal resources, and suppliers, while ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations.Your ResponsibilitiesRespond to internal service requests within the groupFollow up on agreements with suppliers (maintenance, ventilation, electricity, snow removal, etc.)Plan and coordinate maintenance and repair work (minor and major)Maintain and update a list of authorized suppliersEstablish priorities and manage work orders effectivelySupervise the work of technicians and subcontractors (electricians, plumbers,
