Key Responsibilities

Analyze and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Manage and maintain operational systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Provide support to other departments on operational matters and system usage.



Assist in the implementation of new technologies and system upgrades. Requirements

A minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance operations , administration, or a related support role. Strong understanding of insurance processes, including policy administration, claims handling, and customer service. Proficiency in using insurance management software and data analysis tools. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to process improvement.
