In this key position, you'll report directly to the CEO, using your analytical mind to uncover growth opportunities across the customer lifecycle. You'll collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to analyze data, identify trends, and propose actionable enhancements. Your analytical insight will be pivotal in driving improvements in customer experience and business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess product performance and customer engagement
• Identify conversion and retention improvement strategies




• Collaborate on merchandising and commercialization efforts
• Evaluate the impact of marketing and product initiatives
• Provide data-driven recommendations to leadership
Requirements:
• 5-7+ years in analytics or strategy roles
• Solid data analysis and SQL experience
• Proven understanding of ecommerce strategies
• Excellent problem framing and communication skills
• Experience in leading cross-functional projects
