Responsibilities
Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest service on every shift
Support the Restaurant Manager and Owner in day-to-day restaurant operations
Build positive relationships with a diverse team

Participate in recruiting and onboarding new employees
Engage directly with guests to ensure exceptional experiences

Requirements
1–3 years of quick service experience in a supervisory role
Passion for guest service and creating exceptional guest experiences
Robust operational experience in a fast-paced restaurant workplace
Experience in recruiting, training, and coaching employees
Excellent communication skills
