Deals Administrator

Century 21 Percy Fulton Ltd. is a third-generation, family-run brokerage based in Scarborough, serving the GTA east end. We're looking for a Deals Administrator to manage real estate transactions from offer to close.

- Job Types: Full time, Permanent
- Pay: From $23.00 per hour
- Expected hours: 10.0 ? 37.5 per week
- Work Location: In person
- Location: Scarborough, ON

What you'll do

- Manage transactions from start to finish
- Enter deal details into LoneWolf
- Keep agents, clients, and other parties in the loop
- Keep records accurate and compliant
- Prepare and submit transaction paperwork
- Track deadlines and follow up on open items

What you'll need

- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Clear communication skills
- Comfortable working solo or as part of a team
- Experience with LoneWolf and/or SkySlope
- Solid with Microsoft Office
- Real estate or admin experience is a plus
