As a Technical Client Services Specialist, you will interact directly with clients, understanding their analytical needs while coordinating with laboratory teams. Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as primary client contact for analytical services
• Build solid relationships through effective communication
• Understand clients' analytical requirements and expectations




• Act as the liaison between clients and laboratory teams
• Ensure timely delivery of sample notifications and reports
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Science or related field
• 1-2 years of laboratory or customer service experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; LIMS experience is a plus
