Rumble is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer focused on DDoS protection. This role involves building and improving network defenses for critical internet-facing services in a fast-paced environment.
As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer at Rumble, your expertise will contribute significantly to the company’s DDoS mitigation strategies. You will design and operate robust network defenses while collaborating with various teams to enhance security measures. Key Responsibilities:
• Design and operate DDoS detection and mitigation infrastructure
• Develop resilient network architectures under high-traffic conditions
• Analyze network telemetry to identify and mitigate attacks
• Maintain mitigation controls,



routing controls, and traffic diversion
• Collaborate with CDN, DNS, and security teams for improved incident readiness
Requirements:
• 8+ years in network, security, or infrastructure engineering
• Solid understanding of IP networking and DDoS attack vectors
• Hands-on experience with high-traffic internet service protection
• Linux systems experience and proficiency in Python or similar languages
• Excellent communication skills for reporting and documentation
