Your primary duties will include patient registration and communication. This full-time position is crucial for ensuring a compassionate patient experience, as you will warmly greet visitors and effectively manage their registrations. You’ll also communicate significant information and manage patient records, contributing to the quality of care that EFW is known for. Previous healthcare experience will be beneficial in this role. - Greet and assist patients and visitors with care
- Monitor waiting room and communicate updates effectively
- Complete patient registration accurately and securely
- Answer patient inquiries in-person and through calls
- Schedule follow-up appointments efficiently Requirements:
- Completion of a Medical Office Assistant Diploma is preferred
- Prior experience in a healthcare environment
- Strong patient care and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent organizational abilities and multitasking skills
