This full-time role requires 37.5 hours weekly, focusing on providing essential housekeeping and personal assistance to clients in a home environment. You'll be responsible for supporting their daily activities and ensuring their needs are met while coordinating relevant community programs. Robust interpersonal skills and compassion will be key in delivering effective support. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and safe living space for clients
- Assist with laundry, grooming, and meal preparation
- Help clients with grocery shopping and appointments
- Manage senior programming and community events
- Keep client files updated and report incidents as necessary Requirements:
- High school diploma preferred
- 1 year of experience working with the elderly
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and email communication
- Must have food handling and safety certification
