Key Responsibilities:



• Document current-state workflows using BPMN and flow diagrams • Identify pain points and opportunities for improvement • Run workshops to extract business needs and user stories • Partner with Operations to scope improvements and support delivery • Maintain process documentation and track performance metrics

Requirements: • 2–4 years in Business Analysis or Operations • Experience mapping processes and gathering requirements • Strong communication and facilitation skills • Basic data analysis using Excel or BI tools • Understanding of Agile concepts
