This full time position focuses on hands-on imaging, team leadership, and excellent patient care.As a certified or soon-to-be certified X-Ray Team Lead, you will oversee the X-Ray team in an engaging outpatient clinic environment. Key responsibilities include conducting complex imaging exams, mentoring X-Ray Technologists, and collaborating with healthcare specialists to enhance clinic operations. Your compassionate approach will ensure every patient has a remarkable experience during their care.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct standardized and complex X-Ray exams
Mentor and support the X-Ray Technologist team
Explain procedures to patients to alleviate concerns




Collaborate with radiologists for seamless operations
Engage in ongoing career development for skills growthRequirements:
Active registration with CAMRT & ACMDTT or equivalent
Clinical competency in radiography
Proven leadership experience in coaching teams
Exposure to fluoroscopy and mammography preferred
