In the Bridge Services for Children and Families division, you will provide vital support covering emotional, physical, and behavioral needs. This role involves working closely with families and participating in program development. Candidates should possess experience in disability services and ideally have supervisory exposure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop meaningful interpersonal connections with families • Act as a caring role model for youth • Deliver emotional and behavioral support effectively • Take part in recreational engagement and activities • Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
Requirements: • Post-secondary education in social services or similar • At least two years of experience in direct service • Strong decision-making and crisis intervention skills • Valid driver's license with reliable vehicle access • Current First Aid/CPR and NVCI training certifications
