In this full-time role, you will assist in budget preparation, financial reporting, and year-end tax processes while collaborating with senior leadership and facility managers. Key Responsibilities:
• Support preparing annual operating and capital budgets
• Assist in quarterly business reviews of financial performance




• Prepare year-end tax workbooks for PWC Review
• Coordinate annual insurance renewal processes
• Complete quarterly property operating cost reconciliations
Requirements:
• CPA designation or in progress preferred
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
• Solid skills in Microsoft Excel
• Preferred experience with Sage 50
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
