Job Description: Operates and monitors computerized building control systems and maintains facility/plant systems and equipment.



Independently performs major repairs/installations on a wide variety of complex building systems and equipment.

Education

• Building Systems Technician certificate

Licenses

• Power Engineering License pursuant to the Boiler & Pressure Vessels Safety Act
• Valid Class 5 drivers license

Other Education and Training

• 5th Class Engineering certificate, as required by the
• Pool Operator certificate, where required
• Refrigeration Engineer certificate, where required by the job
• as required by the Boiler and Pressure Vessels Safety Act
• Refrigeration Plant Operator certificate, where required by the job
