With robust momentum (4x revenue growth YoY), we’re hiring several Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) in our Montreal office to help us bring our vision to life: becoming the digital backbone of construction in North America. Base pay range

CA$50,000.00/yr - CA$85,000.00/yr

What You’ll Do
Prospect and identify high‑potential general contractors across North America.
Make outbound calls and book product demos for our Account Executives.
Write high‑converting cold emails, texts, and LinkedIn messages that open doors – creativity matters.
Collaborate closely with marketing and sales to refine messaging and improve conversion.
Track activities and insights in our CRM (HubSpot).
Bring curiosity, energy, and urgency to every conversation.

Excellent written and verbal communication in English (a must).
Coachability: you take feedback seriously and level up fast.
Comfortable working in a rapid‑paced, in‑office startup environment.

Experience in the construction industry is a plus!
