About the Role

Our client, a nationwide non-profit organization committed to evidence-based programming, is seeking a meticulous Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E;) Specialist . This remote role is crucial for assessing the effectiveness and impact of our various initiatives across South Africa. You will design and implement robust M&E; frameworks, collect and analyze data, and generate insights that drive program improvement and demonstrate accountability to stakeholders, supporting vital work that impacts communities including those around Kimberley . Key Responsibilities

Design and implement comprehensive M&E; frameworks, tools, and methodologies for diverse programs. Develop data collection plans, protocols, and instruments (surveys, interviews, focus groups). Oversee data collection processes, ensuring accuracy, validity, and reliability. Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to assess program performance, outcomes, and impact. Prepare clear and concise M&E; reports, presentations, and recommendations for program staff and leadership. Contribute to organizational learning by identifying lessons learned and best practices.



Ensure M&E; activities align with donor requirements and organizational standards. Requirements

Master’s degree in a relevant field such as International Development, Statistics, Social Sciences, or Public Policy. Minimum 4 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, preferably within the non-profit or international development sector. Robust expertise in quantitative and qualitative data analysis methods and software (e.g., SPSS, NVivo, Excel). Experience in designing and implementing M&E; plans and frameworks. Excellent report writing and presentation skills. Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple priorities effectively. Benefits
