About the Role Current to Bushbalm, we are looking for a Social Media Coordinator who loves creating content, staying on top of trends, and building engaged online communities. Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager and working closely with the Social Media & Content Strategist, you’ll help bring Bushbalm PRO’s social strategy to life through content creation, publishing, community management, trend spotting, and creator coordination. This is a highly hands‑on role. You’ll create and edit short‑form video, use Canva and templates from our Design Team to develop social assets, engage with our community of estheticians and beauty professionals, identify great UGC and creator opportunities, and help keep our social channels organized and moving.



You will work from an established social strategy and creative direction while bringing your own ideas, design eye, and platform knowledge to the day‑to‑day execution of Bushbalm PRO’s channels. If you’re creative, organized, social‑first, and excited to become deeply immersed in the professional beauty industry, this role is for you. In this Role you Will: Content Creation and Publishing Conceptualize, shoot, edit, and publish social‑first content based on established content pillars, campaigns, and creative direction Create platform‑native content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant channels, including Reels, TikToks, Stories, carousels, and static posts Use Canva and templates provided by Bushbalm’s Design Team to create polished, on‑brand social assets Adapt existing templates across different content needs and formats while maintaining a consistent Bushbalm PRO look and feel Turn product education, waxing tips, industry insights, trends, and Bushbalm PRO initiatives into engaging, easy‑to‑understand content Write strong captions, hooks, on‑screen text, and CTAs that reflect Bushbalm PRO’s voice Support the Social Media & Content Strategist in maintaining and executing the content calendar, ensuring content is created, approved, organized, scheduled, and published on time Support content capture at events, education sessions, launches, shoots, and other PRO initiatives Community, UGC and Creators Manage day‑to‑day engagement across Bushbalm PRO social channels, including comments, DMs, tags, mentions, and UGC Proactively engage with estheticians, waxers, salons, spas, educators, creators, and other beauty professionals Identify strong UGC, testimonials, transformations, educational content, and community stories to amplify across our channels Identify and build relationships with potential creators,



educators, ambassadors, and PRO advocates Support creator and PRO initiatives through outreach, gifting, follow‑ups, permissions, content coordination, and asset collection Keep creator, UGC, and community opportunities organized and flag relevant feedback, conversations, and opportunities to the broader team Trends and Marketing Support Stay immersed in TikTok, Instagram, and the professional beauty space to identify relevant trends, formats, sounds, conversations, and creative opportunities Bring timely content ideas and social inspiration to the Social Media & Content Strategist Keep a pulse on what beauty, skincare, and professional brands are doing across social and identify opportunities for Bushbalm PRO to stand out Support social reporting by tracking content performance and helping identify key trends and learnings Collaborate with the Senior Brand Manager, Social Media & Content Strategist, Design Team, and broader team to support launches, campaigns, promotions, events, education initiatives, and partnerships Who You Are You have 1–2+ years of experience in social media, content creation, marketing, or a related role You understand Instagram and TikTok and have strong instincts for trends, hooks, formats, and what makes people stop scrolling You’re confident shooting and editing short‑form video and are comfortable being on camera when needed You have hands‑on Canva and graphic design experience, with a strong eye for typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and creating polished social assets from established templates You are a strong writer who can turn educational information into clear, engaging, social‑first content You are organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple pieces of content, conversations, and projects at once You enjoy engaging with people online, bringing forward new ideas, and collaborating closely with creative and marketing teams You have a genuine interest in skincare, beauty, esthetics, or the professional beauty industry; previous industry experience is an asset What Success Looks Like You help make Bushbalm PRO an
