• Assist members in selecting gear suited to their outdoor needs
• Share personal recommendations and industry expertise
• Maintain store organization and presentation
• Promote MEC events and initiatives
• Help manage inventory and optimize stock management
Requirements:
• Passion for the outdoors and various outdoor activities
• Excellent customer service mindset and initiative
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and walk 10,000 steps daily
• Previous retail experience is an asset
• Adaptable availability for weekend and weekday shifts
