Overview: We have an exciting chance our pop-up store in Carrefour du Angrignon. Maintains the continuity of the company’s standards and policies and efficient store operations in the manager’s absence. Provides formal supervision to the store staff by co-ordinating,



monitoring, and advising others, or by helping out where needed to ensure the store runs smoothly and effectively. Key Responsibilities: Works with employees to assign, and monitor individual objectives and activities based on store specific priorities. Works with the Store Manager to execute staffing levels, participates in training for staff. Provide guidance and support to staff with problem solving and decision making, to ensure excellent customer service based on the needs of the business. Meets assigned Labor and performance targets Takes on projects that directly relate to the store’s function. responsible for entering and maintaining data entry that directly affects the stores reports. Works with other departments to ensure activities related to corporate strategies and direction are executed smoothly and accurately.
