COMPASS GROUP CANADA is seeking a Finance Manager in Mississauga to lead budgeting and forecasting, produce variance analyses, and support leadership with ad-hoc analyses. You will create monthly performance reports, manage risk mitigations, and drive financial proformas for renewals and strategy.

The role requires 3–5 years of financial analysis, CPA in progress or completed, and robust communication across teams. Multisite food service/retail experience is an asset.
