Key Responsibilities:
• Develop annual marketing plans to increase occupancy
• Coordinate marketing collateral and public events
• Conduct detailed tours for prospects and their families




• Maintain cleanliness of model suites for presentations
• Prepare competitive market analysis reports
Requirements:
• Experience working with seniors preferred
• Educational background in related fields
• Robust computer skills, especially in Word and Excel
• Valid driver’s license required
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
