Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Technical Assembler / Warehouse Associate in the Manufacturing industry in Brampton, Ontario.

Are you mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with both tools and materials? We are seeking a Technical Assembler / Warehouse Personnel to support product assembly, quality inspection, inventory management, shipping, and receiving operations. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys a combination of technical production work and warehouse responsibilities in a quick-paced environment focused on quality, safety, and teamwork.

A typical day:
Assemble, inspect, test, and troubleshoot components according to drawings and work instructions
Operate hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and assembly equipment safely
Receive, organize, pick, and prepare materials for production requirements
Package finished products and prepare orders for shipping and distribution
Maintain inventory records, cycle counts, and a clean, organized work workplace





Successful candidates will have:
Possess 1 to 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or production environments
Read and interpret basic technical drawings, diagrams, and assembly instructions
Use hand tools, power tools, and basic computer systems confidently
Demonstrate solid attention to detail, manual dexterity, and organizational skills
Lift and move materials safely while working independently and within a team setting

Total rewards:
$24.00 hourly
Work full-time in a permanent position with a stable Monday to Friday schedule
Gain experience across both technical assembly and warehouse operations
Develop skills using tools, equipment, inventory systems, and production processes

Contribute to products from assembly through final shipment
