AME (aircraft maintenance engineer) (except avionics) Posted on August 09, 2026 by Employer details SkyCare Air Ambulance Join SkyCare's Maintenance team and play an important role in supporting aircraft that deliver life-saving medevac services and specialized charter operations across Canada, North America, and the Caribbean. As an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME), you will help ensure the safety, reliability, and readiness of our fleet through hands-on maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs in a agile operational environment. In this role, you'll go beyond routine maintenance. You'll be supporting time-sensitive missions that directly impact remote communities and critical care transport. The environment is fast-paced and varied, offering exposure to diverse aircraft and real-time operational challenges. It also supports a more efficient way of working, where you can maximize earning potential through concentrated shifts and overtime, while still having real downtime between rotations.
