Join Tropicana Community Services as a Peer Support Worker, providing critical support to youth involved with the criminal justice system in the Greater Toronto Area. This part-time position focuses on relationship-building and mentoring youth aged 12-29. You will engage with youth facing high-risk circumstances, utilizing your personal experiences to connect and foster meaningful relationships. Providing one-on-one mentoring, you will support youth in their reintegration journey, helping them navigate education and employment opportunities while overcoming challenges related to gang involvement and theft.
