Become an Elder Wellness Worker with Integrated Services, dedicated to supporting Elders in Cold Lake First Nations. Provide culturally relevant support, build relationships, and enhance Elder well-being.

Integrated Services seeks a motivated Elder Wellness Worker to focus on promoting connection to culture and community for Elders. Youll conduct wellness check-ins and help Elders access vital resources in health, housing, and social services. Building trusting relationships and attending to safety will be key in this full-time role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build respectful relationships with Elders
• Conduct wellness check-ins and home visits
• Assist Elders in accessing community supports
• Provide advocacy and service coordination
• Support cultural and social Elder activities

Requirements:
• Diploma in Social Work or related field preferred
• Experience working with Elders or Indigenous communities
• Robust communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of Cold Lake First Nations and culture
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License required
