Make a significant difference as a full time Protection Support Worker in New Liskeard, offering crucial support and intervention services to children and families in need.

NEOFACS seeks a dedicated individual for an 18-month contract in the Investigation, Assessment and Ongoing team. You will provide preventive and protective services, requiring strong interpersonal skills and a diploma in Human Services. Flexibility with hours and travel is essential, alongside competence in interpreting legal requirements for child welfare.

Key Responsibilities: • Deliver protective interventions to children in care • Facilitate communication among families and children • Document all service interactions and interventions • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary skilled team • Ensure compliance with legislative frameworks

Requirements: • Diploma in Human Services • Bilingual (English/French) proficiency • G2 driver’s license with access to a vehicle • Ability to work flexible schedule • Excellent organizational and communication skills
