Operate heavy equipment including snowplow trucks and loaders
Maintain highways year-round, assisting with repairs
Lead daily safety toolbox meetings and inspections
Support Foreperson in planning and meeting milestones
Monitor crew work quality and safety complianceRequirements:
Valid Class 1, 2, or 3 driver's license with air endorsement
Supervisory experience in highway maintenance required
Snowplow operation experience is preferred
Robust verbal and written communication skills
