Become a vital part of Adult & Teen Challenge of Central Canada as a Campus Manager, where you'll lead an impactful recovery program in a faith-based setting. This role is rooted in leadership, compassion, and accountability.
In this role, you will direct all operations of our campus while fostering a Christ-centered setting. Responsibilities include oversight of program delivery, compliance with health regulations, and fostering community relations. As a Campus Manager, you'll guide your team in achieving the mission of ending addiction through love and support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop campus staff and volunteers
• Monitor client progress and program effectiveness
• Ensure safety and compliance standards are met




• Assist with budget management and fundraising efforts
• Promote a culture of spiritual growth and discipleship
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as ministry or business
• Proven leadership experience in addiction treatment
• Current First Aid Certification needed
• Clear Vulnerable Sector Clearance required
• Valid driver’s licence
