In this rewarding role, you'll assess, implement, and evaluate care for residents, utilizing your strong clinical skills. You will also be involved in various recreational and therapeutic programs that enhance residents' quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess care needs and implement nursing plans
• Work closely with the Registered Nurse for resident evaluations




• Conduct documentation via Point Click Care
• Adhere to Health & Safety Procedures
• Offer consistent and efficient care to residents
Requirements:
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Completion of First Aid with CPR Level HCP or BLS
• Registered Practical Nurse education background
• Effective communication skills
