We are seeking an experienced X-Ray Team Lead to enhance the outpatient clinic’s imaging services. This position involves performing advanced X-Ray exams, coaching your team, and working closely with healthcare collaborators to streamline clinic operations. Your leadership skills will promote a supportive atmosphere for both patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform detailed X-Ray examinations under physician direction
• Lead and mentor the X-Ray Technologist team
• Ensure patient comfort and explicit communication of procedures




• Work in partnership with other teams for operational success
• Pursue continuous professional development in various modalities
Requirements:
• Current CAMRT & ACMDTT registration or eligibility
• Hands-on experience in clinical radiography
• Strong coaching and mentoring abilities
• Familiarity with fluoroscopy and other specialties preferred
• Competent with patient management systems
