In your position as Store Loss Prevention Lead, you'll work closely with both employees and customers to promote security and awareness. Engaging with customers on the sales floor, you will lead training initiatives for associates and ensure compliance with tagging standards for securing products. This proactive approach will position you as an integral part of operations, interacting with the Store General Manager and the Regional Loss Prevention Manager regularly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Actively monitor the sales floor during high-traffic hours
• Train associates on LP responsibilities and customer engagement




• Implement security tagging and control measures
• Log incidents and collaborate with management for effectiveness
• Ensure high-value products are secured until purchased
Requirements:
• 6+ months retail experience is valuable
• Minimum 12+ months in a Loss Prevention capacity
• Valid CPR and First Aid certification is mandatory
• Physically able to lift and manage heavy items
• Computer skills are a plus for incident logging
