In this regular role, you’ll become part of BBA's energetic team, addressing client demands through accurate estimations and cost tracking. With a focus on the consulting engineering industry, you’ll leverage your experience to help develop multidisciplinary estimates, conduct material quantity take-offs, and participate in value analysis. Your input will directly contribute to enhancing estimation methods and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop multidisciplinary estimates using engineering data
• Calculate hourly labour rates and productivity factors




• Prepare assessments for allowances and markups
• Carry out material quantity take-offs thoroughly
• Collaborate with cost controllers and project planners
Requirements:
• College diploma or university degree required
• 5 to 12 years of relevant engineering experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Advanced English and French skills preferred
• Knowledge of cost estimation software
