• Plan and implement daily recreation activities for residents • Create inviting spaces for meaningful participation • Communicate effectively with residents and their families • Document changes in resident participation accurately • Support departmental initiatives promoting resident engagement
Requirements: • Experience with seniors in long-term care preferred • Diploma or degree in recreation or therapeutic recreation • Enrollment in relevant post-secondary program preferred • Health care degree with recreation services experience accepted • Ability to enhance resident skills and abilities
