Join Dillon's Water Resources discipline as an Intermediate Coastal Engineer in Hamilton. Develop your skills, mentor upcoming talent, and contribute to major coastal projects.In this role at Dillon, you will function as an Intermediate Coastal Engineer/Designer, driving technical excellence in coastal engineering projects. You are responsible for project management, executing hydrotechnical assessments, and providing guidance to junior engineers. Your collaboration and communication abilities will be key to successfully managing stakeholders and enhancing project outcomes.Key Responsibilities:
Lead coastal engineering project management and execution
Conduct wave and storm surge modeling assessments
Prepare comprehensive reports and project documentation




Support mentorship to enhance team capabilities
Coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary partnersRequirements:
Undergraduate degree in civil or coastal engineering
Minimum 4 years of relevant consulting experience
Proficient in using Matlab or Python for analysis
Familiarity with coastal hydrodynamic modeling suites
