Business and work Location: 1005 Langley Street, suite 100, Victoria, BC, V8W 1V7
Wage: 22.00 to 27.00 hourly (To be negotiated) /
Terms of employment: Permanent employment / Full time / 30 to 40 hours per week / Shift
Starts: As soon as possible
Perks: 4% Vacation pay +Tip

  • Languages:

    • English



  • Education:

    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate



  • Experience:

    • 7 months to less than 1 year




Responsibilities



  1. Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization

  2. Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods

  3. Inspect kitchens and food service areas

  4. Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food

  5. Supervise kitchen staff and helpers

  6. Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment

  7. Clean kitchen and work areas
