Reporting to the Firearms Group Sales Manager, this role emphasizes exceptional customer service while handling firearms responsibly. You'll engage with customers to understand their needs, make tailored product recommendations, and promote store programs. Knowledge of hunting products and outdoor trends is key to success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service and product guidance
• Maintain an extensive knowledge of firearms and hunting equipment
• Promote Bass Pro Shops programs and services




• Ensure visual presentation standards across the sales floor
• Address and resolve customer inquiries with good judgment
Requirements:
• Minimum one year in sales or service preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must possess a Restricted and Non-Restricted Possession and Acquisition License
• Robust problem-solving skills and customer focus
• Familiarity with Bass Pro Shops/Cabela’s products is a plus
