Enhance Indigenous family wellness as a Relief Facilitator with Hull Services. This position emphasizes cultural engagement and trauma-informed care in support of healing journeys.

In the Braiding the Sweetgrass program, Hull Services seeks dedicated individuals ready to tackle the challenges of intergenerational trauma through community and cultural activities. Collaborating with BTS Facilitators and Elders, you'll help facilitate growth and learning while ensuring a respectful workplace for all participants. Your contributions will significantly impact the community and its healing process.

Key Responsibilities:



• Support delivery of culturally guided activities • Create and maintain a safe environment for families • Prepare logistics for program sessions and activities • Utilize trauma-informed methods for behavior management • Assist with administrative support as needed

Requirements: • Diploma or certificate in human services or relevant field • Experience with Indigenous cultures • Competency in group facilitation • Flexibility for evening and weekend work • Valid driver's license with driving experience
