You will provide high-level customer service, respond to emergencies, and ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the property. Key Responsibilities:



• Engage in tenant events and support community activities • Deliver excellent customer service to residents • Address all emergency situations promptly • Maintain cleanliness of administrative and communal areas • Perform preventive maintenance and manage service calls

Requirements: • At least 1 year of relevant experience • Bilingual in oral and written communication • Diploma of vocational studies (DVS) preferred • High school diploma (SSD) required • Skilled training in general building maintenance is a plus
