The Company is seeking a Vice President, Business Information Security Officer (BISO) to provide cyber risk management oversight and lead a small team in delivering cyber advisory services, threat modeling, and cyber work aligned with business units. Responsibilities include partnering with senior business and technology leaders, managing risks,



and integrating information security risk into various business processes. The role demands a strategic thinker who can influence change, build relationships, and is adept at presenting to the highest levels of leadership.

Candidates for the VP BISO role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field, with a preference for advanced certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or those related to emerging tech and AI security. A minimum of 5 years' experience working with business leadership on enterprise projects is required. The role also necessitates a deep understanding of technical domains, including cloud and up-to-date platform security, networking, security architecture, and various supporting processes.
