REPORTING TO: Business Manager

The Receptionist primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service to visitors, vendors, and Rocky colleagues. The receptionist is stationed at the Front Desk and handles all inbound calls through the main phone. The receptionist is an adaptable individual having significant attention to detail and team orientation. To be successful in this role you will be responsible, resourceful, solutions oriented, well organized, have strong work ethic, great technical ability and exceptional communication skills. This role requires a lot of time and attention, a commitment to confidentiality and reliable presence during working hours.

Job Duties and Responsibilities Include:
Greeting and welcoming visitors and clients
Answering and directing calls in a qualified manner
Providing support to RPM team
Ensuring presentable reception and common areas within the building (checking these areas each day in the morning and prior to close of day)
Clerical duties such as faxing, photocopying, mail, couriers, creating labels
Other duties as assigned and approved by direct supervisor
Daily cash reconciliation
Inventory administrative & System processing





Job Requirements and Qualifications Include:
Minimum 1 years of administrative experience, preferably with increasing responsibility in a customer centric environment
Robust working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is essential
Exception phone manner and communication skills
Qualified appearance and attitude
Positive attitude towards customer service
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Punctual and reliable
Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills to meet deadlines and juggle competing priorities
Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
