FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to provide exceptional customer service.

Duties
Answer, and forward incoming phone calls to the appropriate people within our organization
Taking and forwarding messages from incoming callers
Greet and welcome clients as soon as they arrive at the office
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Perform other clerical duties such as scanning, photocopying,



deposits

Qualifications
Proven work experience as a Receptionist or similar role
Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., printers)
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Excellent organizational skills- Customer service or customer support background
Familiarity with phone systems
Data entry proficiency
