This Sales Associate role supports the daily operations and growth of our newly opened Club Pilates studio, helping create an exceptional member experience while supporting the success and continued growth of a new location. You’ll help continue building momentum for the studio by connecting with leads, booking intro classes, and creating an exceptional experience that turns prospects into long‑term members. This is a

Execute the full sales process:

lead follow‑up → conversation → close Build relationships with prospective members and guide them to the right membership Book and confirm Intro classes and appointments Sell memberships, private training, teacher training,



and retail Maintain strong personal sales performance and conversion metrics Represent the Club Pilates brand with professionalism and enthusiasm Support current members with best‑in‑class customer service Participate in community events, promotions, and pre‑opening efforts Use ClubReady and other systems to track activity and results Continuously improve selling skills through coaching and feedback Who Thrives in This Role
