In this role, you will oversee store staff and develop compelling visual displays that capture customer attention. Analyzing Oracle data will be key in optimizing product layout and ensuring displays change with the seasons and retail events. Effective communication with the Town Merchandiser will enable you to refine in-store visual strategies continually. Key Responsibilities:
