You will lead technical directives during every project phase while coordinating with clients, regulatory bodies, and your team of biologists to achieve successful outcomes.Key Responsibilities:
Mentor and guide team members on aquatic projects
Direct aquatic feasibility studies and permitting efforts
Oversee project budgets, methodologies, and compliance
Build relationships with contractors and regulatory personnel
Support business development through technical expertiseRequirements:
10+ years in aquatic biology, preferably in consulting
Relevant academic background in fish and aquatic sciences
MTO fisheries protocol certification required
Proven leadership and mentoring abilities
