You will use your curiosity and interest in data to identify, present and suggest results, trends and learnings. You will also be able to identify best practices and propose solutions for improving the ways of working within the team as well as with the client. You will be hard‑working, have exceptional attention to detail and will be quick to learn. export and prepare raw data for analysisTrack ad‑hoc conversation topics to provide quick insights on community healthLeverage AI and automation solutions to improve the analysis of large volumes of community feedbackQualitative data coding and categorisationBuild and maintain dashboards to facilitate reporting and data visualisationAnalyse community conversations and feedback in order to provide actionable insightsWrite and peer review client‑facing community reportsRequired Skills & ExperienceFluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skillsExperience in data analysis or similar fieldGreat attention to detail with strong organisational and prioritisation skills, ideally with experience using project‑management tools (Airtable, Asana, etc.)Competent understanding of analytics and reporting tools such as Looker Studio, Sprinklr or Google AnalyticsExperience with qualitative data categorisation or thematic analysisGood technical understanding and ability to pick up new tools quicklyProficient with MS Excel, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for documentation and data managementAbility to cope with a fast‑paced work environment and changeInterest in online communitiesNice to haveFluency in a second language is a plusFamiliarity with ChatGPT or other AI tools for data analysisFamiliarity with Salesforce, SupersetFamiliarity with AirtableBasic knowledge of SQLWe are an Equal Opportunities employer, we do not discriminate against any employee or applicant because of race, colour, religion, national origin, sex, physical or mental disability, or age.
